Class Description

Take your stained glass skills to the next level by incorporating decorative wire into your artwork. Learn how wire can add movement, detail, and personality to a finished stained glass piece. Available seats shown are the exact number of spots remaining. Students will cut, grind, foil, and solder their project while learning decorative wire techniques that can be applied to future stained glass work. What to Expect: • Learn glass cutting techniques • Learn grinding, foiling, and soldering • Learn decorative wire techniques • Leave with a finished stained glass project Who Can Attend: Our workshops are designed for ages 14 and up. To keep the experience safe and enjoyable for everyone, we do ask that all participants are able to follow instructions and remain focused during the class. Stained glass involves the use of sharp glass, hot tools, and lead materials, so attentiveness is important. If a participant is unable to safely engage in the workshop, we reserve the right to end their session early. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize a safe and positive environment for all students.
